Alacrity Equestrian Centre offers lessons to clients, both privately and in groups with the option of riding your mount or one of ours.
Private Lesson - Alacrity Mount

Take advantage of professional coaching whilst enjoying the

Group Lesson - Alacrity Mount
In small experience level and age appropriate groupings, clients can learn in a relaxed atmosphere learning with peers.

Clients have the opportunity to join group lessons on their own horse whilst enjoying the social aspect of a group.

Clinics and off site lessons
Dafydd is able to travel and run clinics around new Zealand for your club or group of riders. We can tailor a clinic to the needs of the riders offering private lessons or group clinics both in ground work and ridden work. Prices will vary on distance travelled and your needs.
Pricing for lessons differs from client to client, so the prices listed are provided as a guide. Please consult a member of Alacrity Equestrian Centres friendly staff should you wish to query pricing.
Pre-requisite
It is recommended that prior to professional coaching, students make a time to talk with our qualified instructors to determine suitable mounts, safety equipment and level of experience.
It is recommended that students arrive for their first lesson ten minutes prior to the lesson start time to familiarize themselves with the facility and the facility safety procedures/requirements.
Students are advised to bring any safety gear they have as a small fee is charged for the use of Alacrity safety gear.
Cancellations: Please attempt to give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to ride (preferably by text 0273256188)
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your lesson will incur a $20.00 fee for private lessons and $10.00 fee for group lessons. Cancellations outside the 24 hours will incur a $5.00 fee.
For regular riders we are happy to try and move the lesson or catch up at a later date as long as the lesson if paid for the same week; the above fees will then not apply.
